PROCESS
1. GET IN TOUCH
Using either the 'Contact Me' form or by sending a direct email, I'll aim to get back to you as quickly as I can, but usually within 2-3 working days.
If preferred, we can arrange a 10 minute introductory telephone call.
2. QUESTIONNAIRE
You will receive a questionnaire to fill out prior to our initial session. Completing this will help to make your first session more beneficial and focussed.
3. FIRST SESSION
The first session is an assessment session, where we learn more about what difficulties you (or your child) is experiencing, create goals together, and agree on the mode of therapy.

FEES
FACE TO FACE
These 50 minute sessions take place at 'Carmenta Life, Chesham House, Church Lane, Berkhamsted, HP4 2AX' and are £110 per session.
ONLINE
Online 50 minute sessions are undertaken over Google Meets, and are £90.
